Informative note according to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30/06/2003
We wish to inform you that Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 “Code for the protection of personal data” envisages the safeguarding of persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data. According to the above-mentioned ruling, this processing will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your privacy and your rights. With reference to these data, we inform you that:
your data will be processed for management purposes and with relation to contractual requirements and consequently to fulfil contractual, legal, accounting and fiscal obligations derived therefrom and to ensure efficient management of commercial relationships;
data will be processed in writing and/or on magnetic, electronic or computer support;
the supply of data is compulsory for all that is required by legal and contractual obligations, therefore the refusal to supply them or allow their processing may cause us the impossibility of continuing the contractual relationship;
on the other hand, failure to provide data that are not required by legal or contract obligations shall be assessed by us case by case, and will influence consequent decisions on the significance of the required data with regard to management of the commercial relationship;
without prejudice to the communications and information sent in order to comply with the law, the data may be brought to the knowledge of real persons, our employees and/or collaborators, identified by the law as authorised to perform processing operations. They may also be communicated in Italy and/or abroad to:banks for the management of cash collections and payment, leasing companies, commercial information companies, debt recovery companies, professionals and consultants, companies operating in the transport sector, suppliers, third-party customers in the EEC and OUTSIDE the EEC, any other Body, Company or subject necessary for the pursuit of the corporate purpose;
the data will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationships established and also subsequently, in order to comply with all legal requirements and for future commercial purposes;
regarding the data, your Company may exercise the rights provided for by Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 by sending an appropriate written request by e-mail to the address info@eurospiral.it;

Art. 7 Right of access to personal data and other rights
The data subject has the right to be duly informed as to the existence or otherwise of personal data relating to his/her person including instances where data has not as yet been recorded. Such data shall be delivered to the data subject in an intelligible manner.
The data subject shall be advised of the following:
of the origin of the personal data;
of the purposes and modes of processing;
of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic devices;
of the identification details of the data controller, of the responsible persons and of the representative delegated according to article 5, sub-paragraph 2;
of the subjects or categories of subjects to which the personal data may be communicated or who may learn them in their capacity as representative delegated in the State territory, as responsible or appointed persons.
The data subject shall be entitled:
to the updating, correction or, if desired, the integration of the data;
to delete, to transform into an anonymous format, to deny access to data processed in an illicit manner including data not requiring its storage for the purposes for which it was originally collected and subsequently processed;
to written certification that the activities requested and their completion, as described in a) and b) above, have been reported to those entities to whom the data had been forwarded or disseminated, except in those instances when it would be impossible to do so or would entail the use of resources and other means manifestly disproportionate to the protection of the individual’s personal right.
The data subject shall be entitled to object in whole or in part:
for legitimate reasons, to the processing of his/her personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
to the processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material or for direct sale or for carrying out market research or commercial communications.
