Unlike other turbulators on the market, helical turbulators for boilers and heat exchangers create an actual “”forced path”” for gases or liquids, greatly increasing the thermal efficiency of the exchangers.
The only construction restriction is the pitch, which cannot be shortened in an unlimited manner, given it is closely related to the width (diameter) and thickness of the helical turbulators for boilers and heat exchangers.
