\nWe wish to inform you that Legislative Decree no. 196\/2003 \u201cCode for the protection of personal data\u201d envisages the safeguarding of persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data. According to the above-mentioned ruling, this processing will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your privacy and your rights. With reference to these data, we inform you that:
\nyour data will be processed for management purposes and with relation to contractual requirements and consequently to fulfil contractual, legal, accounting and fiscal obligations derived therefrom and to ensure efficient management of commercial relationships;

\nArt. 7 Right of access to personal data and other rights<\/strong>
\nThe data subject has the right to be duly informed as to the existence or otherwise of personal data relating to his\/her person including instances where data has not as yet been recorded. Such data shall be delivered to the data subject in an intelligible manner.
\nThe data subject shall be advised of the following:

\nof the purposes and modes of processing;
\nof the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic devices;
